Bill Sparks - Conservation Specialist, Austin Energy

William Sparks is currently a Conservation Specialist with Austin Energy’s, the 10th largest municipally owned utility in the US. Mr. Sparks is also on the Photo-voltaic strategic planning committee that is working to bring 100 MW of solar to the utility by 2020. He was responsible for securing the largest demand response project in the history of the utility in 2006 and has sold over 12 million kWh of GreenChoice® wind energy in the first four months of 2008.
