• It is 625,000 square feet and at the time it was the largest certified LEED building.
• We have found that it is significantly cheaper to operate than conventional buildings.
• We are having higher associate satisfaction as a result of working in these buildings. Daylight reaches 90% of the occupants.
• We decided to use sustainability as one of the filters as we applied it to the design of the building.
• We built this almost cost neutral and incorporated many energy efficiency features beyond California's rigorous requirements.
