Danny Orlando - Energy Star Specialist
Danny Orlando is the Regional Energy Star Program Manager for the Greater Atlanta Area. He has worked for the EPA in the Atlanta Regional Office for over seventeen years, and has been in his current position for fifteen years. Among his achievements, Orlando has been awarded a “Hammer Award” from Al Gore. Orlando took part in a team that worked to turn the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center (the ninth largest Federal Building in the U.S.) into an Energy Star building. As featured in Kilowatt Ours, Orlando retrofitted his ranch house as an Energy Star building, and he has achieved a 32% energy reduction.
